If you have never spooked a deer when laying the weapon across the shooting rail or hunting blind framing, you haven’t lived to endure the most humbling situation in hunting. Uncle Lou spooked the buck of a lifetime this way on a Northern Michigan typical 10 point back around 1996, and has never laid a gun on the wooden or plastic framing of a blind since without placing his glove underneath the forearm of the weapon. That may be why we haven’t brought this out until now. That hunting lesson is seared into his brain more than his first buck.
The problem with the glove is, it can fall, but everyone knows that the adhesive on Stealth Strips® sticks like grim death and will always be there when you need it. For permanent outdoor blinds the fabric (like all printed fabrics) will fade with constant sunlight exposure. However, the long-lasting silencing material will provide years of service for your silencing needs. If fading is a concern, you can treat it with an aftermarket spray (search- fabric UV protection spray).
