This is a unique stick in both material and design, and for those wanting to wrap it with Stealth Strips®, we now have a kit for 4 sticks in our two Realtree® Patterns – Original and APX, Natural Gear®, and True Timber® Strata.
Dimensions for each stick: 2 pcs 2” x 10 5/8”, 8 pcs 2 1/2” x 3/4”, 1 pc ½” x 10 ¾”, and finally 2 pcs ½” x 5 ½”.
So, the kit contains 4 times the above amounts: 8 pcs 2” x 10 5/8”, 32 pcs 2 1/2” x 3/4”, 4 pc ½” x 10 ¾”, and finally 8 pcs ½” x 5 ½”. Climbing sticks not included.
We would apologize for all the sizes and pieces, but we didn’t make the stick, we are just trying to help you wrap it.
Description
All the small pieces and packaging of these pieces make it time consuming and expensive to produce. The good news is this is an easy stick to wrap with the above pieces.
If you want to save some money, consider one of our many 4” wide pieces, then trim to length (10 5/8”), then fold in half lengthwise and cut them at 2” wide. These are for the main body of the stick below the attachment point. Center these on the sides of the stick, then fold to the front and to the back, then score with a sharp razor knife and lay in place. See Picture.
The 8 pieces of 2 1/2” x ¾” are probably the most crucial when stacking and unstacking. Those pieces can be easily made from one of our 2.5” widths (Hawk mini, Hawk Standard, or medium roll). 4 pieces per top and bottom of stick where the standoffs go through the step openings. See Picture.
The last 3 pieces of ½” wide material are to cover the bottoms of the step openings. One piece is for the underside of the bottom step, and 2 pieces for the underside of the top step.
There is another piece labelled MISC. You can trim a small piece of that for the front of the stick above the attachment point, as shown in the pic, or anywhere else you need a small piece.
